1. BYP is not a financial adviser

BYP — Build Your Pocket, operated by BuildYourPocket, is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, or exchange. It does not provide personalized financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice. Any output — including analysis, research memos, risk metrics, screens, alerts, backtests, and AI-generated content — is for informational and research purposes only.

2. No recommendations

Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation that any security, strategy, or transaction is suitable for you. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Consider your objectives, experience, and risk tolerance, and consult a licensed professional before acting.

3. AI output may be wrong

AI features (including "Captain Umro") generate output automatically. That output may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect, can reflect biases in its inputs, and must be independently verified. AI output is research assistance and is not advice.

Your use of the Service does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or agency relationship between you and BuildYourPocket.
