Beta / Early Access Terms

1. Scope

These Beta / Early Access Terms supplement our Terms of Service and apply when you use any BYP feature labelled beta, preview, early access, or experimental ("Beta Features"), operated by BuildYourPocket. Where these terms conflict with the Terms of Service for Beta Features specifically, these terms control.

2. Beta Features are provided "as is"

Beta Features are pre-release, may be incomplete, unstable, or change without notice, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. They are provided without warranties of any kind. Do not rely on a Beta Feature for any decision you are not prepared to verify independently.

3. No guarantee of availability or data integrity

Beta Features may be interrupted, reset, or discontinued. Data created while using a Beta Feature may be lost, and settings may not carry over to the general-availability version. Keep your own records of anything important.

4. Still research, still draft-only

Like the rest of BYP, Beta Features are research-and-analysis tools. They do not provide personalized financial, investment, legal or tax advice, make no buy/sell recommendations, and do not execute or auto-trade real-money orders. AI output remains research assistance that may be incomplete or incorrect and must be independently verified.

5. Feedback

If you send us feedback about Beta Features, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to improve the Service, without obligation to you. Do not send confidential information you do not want us to use.

6. Confidentiality

Some Beta Features may be non-public. Where we identify a Beta Feature as confidential, you agree not to publicly disclose its details, screenshots, or performance without our prior written consent.

7. No additional liability

The disclaimers and limitation-of-liability provisions in our Terms of Service apply fully to Beta Features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of a Beta Feature.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as Beta Features evolve. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of Beta Features after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
